•        When they change terms the letter you get is easy to read and up front about the changes
•        You can build your own card which is quite cool
•        You can put your own picture on it
•        Their rewards system is easy to use, just buy tickets with the card and it credits your points against the charge, easy!
•        At end of year you get a booklet showing all your expenses for the year and breaking them down in various ways with graphs and charts.
•        Nice helpful people on the phone
•        They call you right away when any suspicious charges show up on the card.
•        Their commercials are usually amusing.

Pretty much at every turn they have been cool and surprised me with their excellent service while every other card I have has been basically neutral or somewhat deceptive.
