Looking for software testers

Responsibilities include:
Function within the Microsoft Solutions Framework model as a tester for multiple development teams. In that testing role, independently verify that the product meets requirements and is viable. Plan testing and develop schedules for each phase of each project. Execute tests and report results. Verify bug fixes. Contribute to usability testing. Perform configuration testing. The ideal candidate will have experience in software testing and in the use of an automated testing tool. This position involves scripting & testing, documentation of testing procedures, as well as assistance with the creation and proofreading of technical and user documentation.
Skills:
· Familiar with enterprise wide systems; testing both functionality and technology
· Experience with both Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint and Microsoft Visio is required
· Knowledge of SQL Server and related databases
· Experience with medical terminology a plus
· Experience with the development of Web Based applications for the Internet / Intranet a plus
· Ability to work under pressure and independently in a fast paced environment
· Ability to work independently or in teams where necessary
· Must be a team player and willing to work with internal and external resources
· Must be detail oriented with good analytical skills
· Must have solid verbal and written communication skills
Minimum Education/Experience Required:
· BS or BA in MIS, Computer Science or related field or 2 to 4 years experience testing for a large scale application with complex rules
